Role Sheet Exporter Login Error

Hi

We use CRM Online 7.1.1.4461
I am using Role Sheet Exporter 3.3
When I try to login I get this error

“An Error occurred while processing the login request. View Error Log”

The error log is empty and I have checked that my credentials are correct as well.
Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Patel,

Is it a vanilla instance? or do you have any customizations on the instance?

If it is your personal organizations, will it be possible to add my live id as a user?

Hi John

There are a lot of customizations on the instance and it belongs to my organisation. I did ask one of my colleagues with an admin login and he was able to successfully log in. However we were still unable to export the permissions. It failed with the same error received by other users (from reading the discussions).
We then wrote some queries to extract what we needed since it was quite urgent. But thank you for getting back to me.

I have fixed this issue in V3.4 which i just uploaded..

My notebook crashed recently, and I lost my code for v3.2. So the child business unit selection got removed. I will be adding that shortly.
